HANDMADE WITH LOVE

Many of our products are handmade and/or customized, which means each piece is unique.

Because our products are handmade, small variations in stitching, placement, sizing, fabric patterns, shape, or overall appearance may occur. These variations are a normal part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

We do our best to make every product as carefully and consistently as possible, but handmade products will not always have the exact same appearance as a mass-produced or machine-made item.

A little imperfection is part of what makes it handmade. 🐾

PRODUCTS

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, or other settings.

Fabric patterns and placement may also vary slightly from product photos, especially when working with patterned fabrics.

PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or other issues that may affect the security of our business or customers.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Orders will not begin processing or production until payment has been successfully received.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you and your pup.

Please double check all information, names, colors, sizes, and other details before placing your order. We are not responsible for mistakes or incorrect information provided by the customer.

SIZING

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when placing an order.

Please review our Sizing Guide before ordering and make sure you measure your dog’s collar correctly.

Our bandanas are designed to slide over the collar, so sizing is based on the collar rather than measuring around your dog’s neck.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All product designs, photographs, logos, graphics, written content, and other materials on this website belong to Rambo’s Pawjects and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rambo’s Pawjects is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
