Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your pup to love your Rambo’s Pawjects order! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?

No worries we’ve got you! 🐾

If your bandana doesn’t fit your pup the way you expected, you can send it back and we’ll swap it for a different size, as long as the replacement size is in stock.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Tip: Be sure to check our Sizing Guide before ordering to help find the best fit for your pup.

CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED?

Because custom and personalized bandanas are made especially for you and your pup, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or was made incorrectly, please reach out and we’ll make it right.

SOMETHING ARRIVED WRONG?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your order number
Photos of the item(s)
Photos of the packaging, if applicable
A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER?

No worries just reach out quickly!

Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, production may have already begun, so changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address or because it was unclaimed, it may be reshipped once any additional shipping costs have been paid by the customer.
