🐾 Bandanas

We offer bandanas in sizes XS–XL. To find the best size for your pup, check your dog’s collar measurement against the collar opening listed for each size in our Sizing Guide. If you’re unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact us!

For our over-the-collar bandanas, measure the width of your dog’s collar from the top edge to the bottom edge. Compare that measurement with the collar opening listed for the bandana size you’re considering.

Our bandanas are designed to slide directly onto your dog’s existing collar. Simply slide the collar through the opening at the top of the bandana and put the collar back on your pup. No tying is required!

We recommend following the care instructions provided with your bandana. For the best results, wash gently and allow the bandana to air dry. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals that may damage the fabric.

Your dog’s comfort and safety should always come first. Bandanas should be worn under supervision, and you should regularly check that the collar and bandana are comfortable and properly fitted. Remove the bandana if your dog shows signs of discomfort or if it becomes damaged.

Our bandanas are designed to fit over collars that are compatible with the collar opening listed for the selected size. Please check the measurements in our Sizing Guide before ordering to make sure the opening will fit your dog’s collar.

🚗 Car Decals

Our Custom Family Decal lets you build your decal to fit your family! Simply choose how many people and pets you’d like included in your decal. Each additional person or pet is added to the total price.

You can choose the number of people and pets you’d like included using the quantity options on the product listing. The available options and maximum quantities are shown on the product page.

Our decals are designed for smooth, clean surfaces. For the best results, make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, wax, or other residue before application.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and excessive scrubbing directly over the decal. When cleaning the surface, be gentle around the decal to help keep it looking its best.

To remove your decal, carefully lift an edge and slowly peel it away from the surface. Avoid pulling too quickly, as this can make removal more difficult. For complete removal instructions, visit our Care & Instructions page.

The lifespan of a decal can vary depending on factors such as the surface, weather, sunlight, washing, and general use. Proper application and care can help your decal last as long as possible.

💻 Digital Products

Digital Products are files you purchase and download electronically. No physical item will be shipped.

After your purchase, you’ll receive instructions or download link to access your file.

Most digital products can be downloaded and viewed tablet computer. Check the product description to see if there is specific requirements.

Yes! Product products intended for printing can be printed at home or through a local or online print service.

Since digital products are delivered electronically, they cannot be refunded if you have trouble accessing or using your purchase please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

🛍️ Orders

Simply browse our shop, choose the product you’d like, select any available options, and add it to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed through checkout and complete your order.

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the production or shipping process, changes may no longer be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Because many of our products are handmade and some are made specifically for each order, cancellation availability may depend on whether your order has already been started or shipped.

Yes! We offer international shipping. International shipping costs can be significantly higher than domestic shipping, and any additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

No, we currently do not offer local pickup. All physical orders will be shipped.

If your package is taking longer than expected, first check the tracking information provided with your shipping confirmation. Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If you believe there is an issue with your shipment, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

First, check around your delivery location and with anyone else in your household who may have received it. You can also check with your local carrier. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us and we’ll help you determine the next steps.
