Every order is handmade and packed with care, and we can’t wait for your pup to receive it!

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Because our products are handmade, please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and processed.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we work to get every order made with care!

ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

While we always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once tracking information has been provided, customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and following any updates from the shipping carrier.

If you have questions about where your package is while it’s in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

DID YOU ENTER THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Rambo’s Pawjects is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, it may be reshipped once any additional shipping costs have been paid by the customer.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage that occurs during transit.

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you can’t locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.
